New Extended Operating Hours License, Wings Over Somerville, 519

(ID # 26-1068 ) Somerville Avenue, for in-store, take-out, and delivery service until 2am.

• Chair Hardt introduced the item and noted that it concerns extended
• operating hours on Friday and Saturday nights only.

Chair Hardt opened the public hearing at 6:35 PM.

No one from the public spoke on this item.

Chair Hardt closed the public hearing at 6:36 PM.

• Councilor Davis spoke in support of providing opportunities for people who

are out late to be able to get food. Councilor Wheeler noted that the business’s website appears to indicate that it is already open until 2:00 AM.

• Councilor Davis replied saying that the accuracy of the website hours is

unclear and said there are no concerns about the business and he added that no issues have been raised by the License Commission.
